Early Childhood Direction Center
The Mid-State Early Child Development Center serves Cayuga, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, and Oswego Counties with a plethora of resources, supports, and training.
The Center often acts as a bridge between parents and professionals. The staff matches children to the appropriate professionals to fit their needs.
The Center provides the following services:

Information packets to address your questions about early childhood development, behavior, and specific disabilities.

Support for the inclusion of young children in community-based programs.
